-Principios do Design Interativo (Tognazzini)
The evaluations of usability have become necessary in the development of
digital artifacts.
This study aimed to examine whether the traditional principle of usability itself
suitable when confronted with new usability heuristics applied to medical diagnostic
imaging equipment.
A critical analysis of current usability heuristics, compared with the heuristics
of Nielsen was performed.
The result was the elaboration of 10 multiple heuristics, resulting from the
analysis of 4 groups of heuristics:
-Principles of Interactive Design (Tognazzini)
-Schneiderman "8 Golden Rules of Interface Design".
-Principles of Design, according to Tufte
-Nielsen heuristics
A comparative case study was conducted among the set of multiple heuristics
and Nielsen heuristics, in order to achieve the research objective.
