Previous issue date: 2014-08-04 / Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Cient?fico e Tecnol?gico - CNPq / De acordo com o Estatuto da Crian?a e do Adolescente (1990) as crian?as e adolescentes s?o concebidos como sujeitos de direitos, com prioridade absoluta e em condi??o peculiar de desenvolvimento. Assim, uma vez violados ou amea?ados esses direitos, ser?o aplicadas medidas de prote??o. No ?mbito dessas medidas ? proposta, no referido Estatuto, a medida de acolhimento institucional, de car?ter transit?rio e excepcional. Ao ser afastada do conv?vio familiar e comunit?rio e acolhida em uma institui??o, a crian?a ? inserida em um novo contexto de desenvolvimento, portanto, com novas pessoas, novos espa?os, novas rela??es. Segundo a Psicologia S?cio-Hist?rica, suporte te?rico deste estudo, cada contexto de socializa??o apresenta demandas espec?ficas que influenciam no desenvolvimento da crian?a e a subjetividade ? constitu?da a partir das rela??es que o sujeito estabelece em cada um deles. Esses contextos trazem para ela desafios e propostas ?s quais ela tem que responder. Considerando, ent?o, que ? na rela??o com o outro que o sujeito se constitui, as intera??es estabelecidas no per?odo de acolhimento ser?o de suma import?ncia para a crian?a. Dentre essas intera??es, podemos citar as situa??es que envolvem aspectos do desenvolvimento moral, mais especificamente, aquelas em que comparece (ou n?o) o exerc?cio das virtudes. Da intercess?o entre essas a??es podem surgir, ent?o, a??es de cuidado para al?m daquelas que envolvem o suprimento de uma necessidade emergente. O objetivo deste trabalho ? investigar a presen?a de rela??es cotidianas permeadas por a??es de cuidado entre as crian?as em acolhimento institucional. Para o seu alcance participaram tr?s crian?as, com tr?s anos de idade, em medida de acolhimento institucional. A pesquisa tem car?ter qualitativo e o procedimento para constru??o do corpus foi, principalmente, a observa??o participante. Procedimentos com v?deo e livros de hist?ria tamb?m foram utilizados como complementares. A an?lise do corpus deu-se atrav?s da An?lise de Conte?do Tem?tica; os epis?dios foram agrupados em categorias de an?lise pr? e p?s-estabelecidas. As pr?-estabelecidas foram a??es de cuidado, a??es de cuidado relacionadas com o cuidado para com o corpo, a??es de cuidado relacionadas a aspectos s?cio afetivos e a??es de cuidado relacionadas ao cuidado do corpo e aspectos s?cio afetivos, simultaneamente. As duas categorias p?s-estabelecidas foram desmembramentos das anteriores, denominadas a??es de cuidado desenvolvidas na intera??o crian?a-crian?a, sem interven??o de um adulto, e a??es de cuidado desenvolvidas na intera??o crian?a-crian?a, com interven??o direta da educadora. As an?lises indicaram que na intera??o cotidiana entre as crian?as acolhidas, elas identificam as necessidades f?sicas e s?cio afetivas umas das outras, e se disp?em a supri-las da maneira que lhe for poss?vel, acentuando a import?ncia da brincadeira e os momentos l?dicos como mediadores nessas intera??es. As a??es de cuidado observadas s?o pautadas em conceitos e interpreta??es formulados pelas pr?prias crian?as a partir de suas experi?ncias e em grande parte, remetem ao cuidado materno. A condi??o de estarem afastadas do conv?vio familiar pode ser um elemento que possibilita essas a??es. Por fim, reafirma-se a import?ncia de conceber a institui??o de acolhimento enquanto espa?o de socializa??o e de cuidado. Decorre a import?ncia de se valorizar e fortalecer os aspectos positivos que se apresentam nas rela??es estabelecidas pelas crian?as nesse contexto, incluindo as a??es de cuidado, objeto desta pesquisa, que s?o constituintes da subjetividade dessas crian?as. / According to the Statute of Children and Adolescents (1990) children and adolescents
are conceived as subjects of rights, with absolute priority and development peculiar
condition. Thus, if these rights were violated or threatened, will be applied protection
measures. Within these measures, in that Statute, the foster institutional is proposed,
with transitional and exceptional character. When the child goes out from family and
community life, and she is upheld in an institution, the child is placed in a new
development context, therefore, with new people, new places, and new relationships.
According with Socio-Historical Psychology, theoretical support of this study, each
context presents specific demands of socialization that influence child development and
her subjectivity is constituted through the relations that the subject establishes in each
context. These contexts bring challenges and proposals for the child and she needs to
respond these. Then, whereas he is in relation to the other, in this moment, the subject is
constituted, the interactions established during the foster institutional will be of
paramount importance to the child. Among these interactions, we can cite situations
involving aspects of moral development, specifically those that can ask (or not) the
exercise of the virtues. About the intersection between these actions can then arise care
actions beyond those involving the attending of an emerging need. The objective of this
study is to investigate the presence of relation everyday permeated by care actions
among children in foster institutional. For the scope of the objective three children were
participated, with three years old and in foster care measure. The research is qualitative
and the procedure for building the corpus was, mainly, the participant observation.
Procedures with video and history in books were also used as supplementary
procedures. The analysis of the corpus was made through Thematic Content Analysis,
the episodes were grouped into analysis categories pre-and post-established. The preestablished
were care actions related to body care, care actions related to socio affective
aspects, and care actions related to body care and socio affective aspects
simultaneously. The two post-established categories were dismemberment of the
preceding categories, called care actions developed in child-child interaction, without
the intervention of an adult, and care actions developed in child-child interaction, with
direct intervention of the educator. The analysis indicated that in the everyday
interaction between foster children, they identify the physical and emotional needs of
each other foster member, and they are willing to help them in whatever way they can,
emphasizing the importance of play and playful moments like mediators about these
interactions. The care actions observed are based on children?s concepts and
interpretations made from their experiences and largely refer to maternal care. The
condition of being away from their family life can be an element that enables these
actions. Finally, this study reaffirms the importance of designing the foster institution as
a socialization and care space. It follows the importance of valuing and strengthening
the positive aspects that arise in the relationships established by the children in this
context, including the care actions, the research objective, which are components of the
subjectivity of these children
