The theme of this thesis focuses on the area of personnel management, which is an indispensable part of the functioning of organizations. This theme includes recruitment, selection and adaptation process of employees at NAPA TRUCKS, spol. s.r.o. It focuses on analyzing the procedures and practices of the company and based on theoretical knowledge by designing practices to improve recruitment, selection and adaptation process of employees. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical. The second part contains the description of current practices and for each section makes recommendations for improvement. The aim is to analyze current processes and propose recommendations for streamlining and improving the processes in the company.
