El presente trabajo, es el arduo trabajo de investigación realizado por un equipo de jóvenes universitarios, motivados a atender una oportunidad de mercado, al detectar la necesidad de un segmento de trabajadores independientes que en la actualidad trabajan desde su casa, los cuales han presentado inconvenientes en la optimización de sus tiempos y espacios, ocasionándoles una baja productividad.
El objetivo de Coach & Business es brindar un servicio de asesoramiento a trabajadores independientes que ejercen sus actividades desde su domicilio, ayudándolos a alcanzar la productividad que se lograra por la optimización de su tiempo y espacio en el cual vienen laborando. Para ello, necesitamos conocer sus fortalezas y debilidades al momento de efectuar sus actividades, con el fin de asesorar y realizar las mejoras mencionadas. El beneficio de mejorar su efectividad y productividad se verá reflejado por el incremento de sus actividades e ingresos.
Dado que nuestro valor diferencial combina estrategias en busca de la optimización de tiempo y espacio necesitamos invertir en un servicio que nos permita llegar a nuestros clientes que carecen de tiempo y para esto ofreceremos asesorías presenciales en sus hogares, con forma de pago del 50% al inicio del servicio y 50% final en la sesión 5, brindándole esta facilidad para llegar al alcance de su bolsillo.
