Röstinspelning och akustisk analys är verktyg som används inom röstlogopedi som underlag för planering och utvärdering av insatser. I nuläget saknas svenska riktlinjer kring röstinspelning och akustisk analys, vilket innebär att rutiner troligen skiljer sig åt mellan röstlogopeder i Sverige. Denna kvalitativa studie syftar till att undersöka logopedernas subjektiva upplevelse av röstinspelning och akustisk analys ur olika aspekter, genom en kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Urvalet bestod av röstlogopeder med olika geografiska placeringar inom både privat verksamhet, länsdelssjukhus och sjukhus som bedriver forskningsverksamhet. Till denna studie intervjuades nio röstlogopeder och sex av intervjuerna analyserades. Resultaten visade att rutinerna för röstinspelning och analys skilde sig åt markant mellan respondenterna till följd av olika praktiska förutsättningar. Vidare hade även erfarenhet av, kunskap om och attityd till röstinspelning och analys en påverkan som var särskilt påtagligt för rutinen för akustisk analys. I respondenternas svar speglades även en generell brist på teknisk support. Samtliga respondenter beskrev en önskan om nationella kliniska riktlinjer, vilket hade varit ett sätt att säkerställa en mer likvärdig vård inom olika verksamheter runtom i landet. / Voice recordings and acoustic analysis are tools used in speech therapy as a foundation for planning and evaluating interventions. Currently, there are no Swedish guidelines regarding voice recordings and acoustic analysis, which means that routines probably differ between Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in Sweden. This qualitative study aims to investigate SLPs subjective experience of voice recordings and acoustic analysis from different aspects, through a qualitative content analysis. The sample consisted of SLPs with different geographical locations within both private practice, county hospitals and hospitals that conduct research. In this study, nine SLPs were interviewed, and six interviews were analyzed. The results showed that the routines for voice recordings and acoustic analysis differed noticeably between the respondents due to different practical prerequisites. Furthermore, experience with, knowledge of and attitude towards voice recordings and acoustic analysis also had an impact that was particularly noticeable for the routine of acoustic analysis. The respondents’ answers also reflected a general lack of technical support. All respondents described a desire for national clinical guidelines, which would have been a way to ensure more equal care within various health care settings across the country.
