nÃo hà / O presente estudo apresenta as caracterÃsticas e as estruturas de cinco sistemÃticas avaliativas de acompanhamento dos processos ensino-aprendizagem de cunho nacional, regional e municipal que avaliam a alfabetizaÃÃo, a saber: AvaliaÃÃo Nacional da AlfabetizaÃÃo (ANA), Provinha Brasil, o Sistema Permanente de AvaliaÃÃo da EducaÃÃo BÃsica do Estado do Cearà (SPAECE-Alfa), Provinha do PAIC (Programa de AlfabetizaÃÃo na Idade Certa) e AvaliaÃÃo Municipal do 1 Ano, desenvolvidas em um municÃpio do estado do CearÃ. Observa-se, ainda, seus percursos metodolÃgicos na produÃÃo de indicadores que conduzam com eficiÃncia o processo de alfabetizaÃÃo de crianÃas. Levando em consideraÃÃo que todas se tratam de avaliaÃÃes que mensuram a alfabetizaÃÃo, a pesquisa parte do pressuposto da (in)existÃncia de diÃlogos que complementem a efetivaÃÃo de suas propostas. Para tanto, elencamos como objetivos do trabalho descrever a estrutura geral e especÃfica de cada avaliaÃÃo em larga escala na Ãrea de alfabetizaÃÃo; fazer estudo comparativo das avaliaÃÃes em larga escala na Ãrea de alfabetizaÃÃo; confrontar os resultados das avaliaÃÃes em larga escala na Ãrea de alfabetizaÃÃo de um municÃpio do estado do CearÃ. A metodologia da pesquisa à de natureza qualitativa, na forma de estudo de caso, com cunho descritivo. Como principais resultados, no que tange ao objeto desse estudo, identificaram-se falhas estruturais quanto ao retorno dos resultados à sociedade; observaram-se quadros semelhantes ocorridos entre as instÃncias administrativas de cada avaliaÃÃo; e que ambas estÃo interligadas a programas especÃficos de apoio à alfabetizaÃÃo e à formaÃÃo de professores. / The present study shown the characteristics and the structures of five evaluative systematic monitoring of the teaching-learning processes of imprint national, regional and municipal that evaluate the literacy: National Evaluation of Literacy (NEL), Provinha Brasil, Permanent System of Basic Education Evaluation of Cearà (PSBEEC)-alpha, Provinha do PAIC (Literacy Program at the right age) and Municipal evaluation of the 1st year, developed in a city on the state of CearÃ. It will also be observed, its methodological pathways in the production of indicators that lead with efficiency the literacy process of children. From the mentioned, this work had as objectives to write the general structure and specific to each evaluation on a large scale in the area of literacy; to make comparative study of evaluations on a large scale in the area of literacy; to confront the results of evaluations on a large scale in the area of adult literacy a city on the state of CearÃ. The research methodology is qualitative, in the form of case study, with a descriptive feature. The main results, referring to the object of this study, we identified structural failures with respect to the return of the results to the society; it was observed similar frameworks that occurred between the administrative instances of each evaluation; and that both are linked to specific support programs for literacy and the training of teachers.
