Con motivo de un evento organizado por la Maestría en regulación de los servicios Públicos, el autor realizó la presente ponencia referida a la aplicación de los conceptos y metodología del Análisis económico del Derecho en Enforcement y regulación. En ese sentido, el autor desarrolla el concepto de enforcement para luego realizar un análisis de cómo la forma en que se regula tiene distintas consecuencias en el accionar de los individuos y demás agentes económicos, según sea el sistema de enforcement utilizado. On the occasion of an event organized by the Master Degree Program in regulation of Public services, the author made this presentation about the application of the concepts and methodology of Law & economics of enforcement and regulation. In this regard, the author develops the concept of enforcement, and then he makes an analysis of how the form of regulation has different consequences in the actions of individuals and other agents, depending on the enforcement system used.
