Previous issue date: 2015-12-14 / Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / The main objective of this thesis is to investigate whether the whole of the literature of the writer Moacyr Scliar (1937-2011) the books Os vendilhões do templo (2006), A mulher que escreveu a Bíblia (2007) e Manual da paixão solitária (2008) were intentionally designed as a trilogy, or if, on the contrary, if those works were built individually without thinking about the constitution of a triad. To do this, interviews will be used Scliar granted for the Folha de São Paulo, in published books, the writer's website and on searches performed in Google. These interviews will be collated with several critical studies on Scliar and with the author's own testimony gaucho in order to "test" the veracity of the author's claims and obtain subsidies that lead to a plausible conclusion. The methodology will also include an internal review, which will be realized in the critical reading of those three works, seeking the organization of them elements that point to a unified project or not. In this part of research was then consider the structural relationship between the above mentioned books, through a study of the narrative focus of the scenarios, the characters, etc., searching for relationships between novels. The survey results showed that the desecration is the trait that gives three books to feature in a trilogy. In this desecration’s ballast, the presence and activity of birds, sexual practices "irregular" and criticism of religions are recurrent. / O objetivo principal desta tese é investigar se no conjunto da produção literária do escritor Moacyr Scliar (1937-2011) os livros Os vendilhões do templo (2006), A mulher que escreveu a Bíblia (2007) e Manual da paixão solitária (2008) foram elaborados intencionalmente como uma trilogia, ou se, ao contrário disso, se essas obras foram construídas individualmente sem se pensar na constituição de uma tríade. Para tal, serão utilizadas entrevistas concedidas por Scliar na Folha de São Paulo, em livros publicados, no site do escritor e em pesquisas realizadas no Google. Essas entrevistas serão cotejadas com diversos estudos críticos sobre Scliar e também com depoimentos do próprio autor gaúcho a fim de se “testar” a veracidade das afirmações do escritor e se obter subsídios que levem a uma conclusão plausível. A metodologia também incluirá uma análise interna, que se efetivará na leitura crítica das três referidas obras, buscando na organização delas elementos que apontem para um projeto unificado ou não. Nessa parte da pesquisa se atentará para a relação estrutural entre os livros acima citados, por meio de um estudo do foco narrativo, dos cenários, das personagens, etc., buscando relações entre os romances. Os resultados da pesquisa demonstraram que a dessacralização é o traço que confere aos três livros a feição de uma trilogia. Nesse lastro dessacralizador, a presença e a atuação dos pássaros, as práticas sexuais “irregulares” e a crítica às religiões são recorrentes.
