Amyloid proteins are known to have their implications on many neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Huntington, and Type II Diabetes diseases. They come together and aggregate into very stable structures that the cell cannot easily eliminate. We developed a computational framework called CreateFibril to model the aggregation phenomena of amyloids, predict novel aggregation possibilities, and study the structural stability of amyloid aggregates under variable environment conditions. / Les protéines amyloïdes sont connues pour leurs implications sur de nombreuses maladies neurodégénératives comme l'Alzheimer, le Parkinson, Huntington, et le diabète de type 2. Elles se réunissent et forment un agrégat extrêmement stable, difficile a s'en débarrasser par la cellule. On a dévelopé un outil de calcul appelé CreateFibril permettant de modéliser les phénomènes d'agrégation d'amyloïdes, de prévoir les nouvelles possibilités d'agrégation, et d'étudier la stabilité structurale des agrégats amyloïdes dans des conditions environnementales variables.
