高齢者の健康づくり運動には,有酸素運動とレジスタンス運動の複合トレーニングが重要であり,この異なる運動をどのように組み合わせるのが安全で効果的かを検討する必要がある.本研究は,健常な高齢者を対象に,有酸素運動とレジスタンス運動の複合トレーニングにおける順序性が,体力や形態,動脈スティフネスに及ぼす影響について検討した.その結果,動脈スティフネスにおいて運動の順序性を考慮する必要があることが示唆された. / The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of exercise order of combined aerobic and resistance training into the same session on body composition, physical fitness, and arterial stiffness in the elderly. Based on our results, aerobic exercise after resistance training reduced arterial stiffness and a difference of exercise order was observed. We suggest that the exercise order may favorably affect arterial stiffness when combined aerobic exercise and resistance training is performed into the same session.
