2009_KeilaLimaSanches.pdf: 1231701 bytes, checksum: 97fba8abc115ea2194b130cff380cf57 (MD5) / O presente estudo teve como objetivo avaliar economicamente as atividades desenvolvidas na Fazenda Vagafogo no Município de Pirenopólis/GO. As atividades analisadas foram Trilha Ecológica, Turismo de Aventura e Brunch. Obteve-se informações do número de visitantes/ano, preços ao consumidor, custos da terra, custos de manutenção/investimento, custos com mão de obra e custos dos insumos para o Brunch. Os critérios econômicos utilizados foram Valor Presente Líquido (VPL) e Benefício Periódico Equivalente (BPE), considerando uma taxa de desconto de 8% a.a, períodos analisados entre 1996 a 2008, e entre 2005 a 2008, além de um horizonte de planejamento de 10 anos com o ano de referência 2008. Constatou-se que, no período de 1996 a 2008, a visitação turística na Fazenda Vagafogo apresentou um crescimento médio de 6% a.a e a média anual de visitantes foi de 8.889. Os resultados mostraram que o uso indireto da RPPN da Fazenda Vagafogo é viável economicamente e no período de 2005 a 2008 apresentou para a atividade Turismo de Aventura um VPL de R$3.536,33/ha e um BPE de R$1.067,69/ha.ano-1, para as atividades Turismo de Aventura + Trilha Ecológica obteve-se um VPL de R$13.290,58/ha e um BPE de R$4.012,70/ha.ano-1 e para as atividades Turismo de Aventura + Trilha Ecológica + Brunch foram obtidos um VPL de R$14.630,97/ha e um BPE de R$4.417,40/ha.ano-1. Ao longo dos 10 anos, encontrou-se para as atividades Turismo de Aventura + Trilha Ecológica um VPL de R$25.552,50/ha e um BPE de R$3.808,08/ha.ano-1. Concluiu-se que as atividades de uso indireto na RPPN da Fazenda Vagafogo são economicamente viáveis e apresentam rentabilidade superior a de atividades convencionais para a região do cerrado no Estado de Goiás. Constatou-se ainda que as explorações de atividades de uso indireto em conjunto com as de uso direto agregam maior valor às receitas geradas pela Fazenda Vagafogo. _________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / This study aimed to evaluate the economic activities developed in the Vagafogo Farm at Pirenópolis/GO. The activities analyzed were Ecological Trail, Adventure Tourism and Brunch. It was obtained information on the number of visitors per year, consumer prices, land costs, maintenance costs/investment costs and input costs for the Brunch. The economic criteria used were the Net Present Value (NPV) and Equivalent Periodic Benefit (EPB), assuming a discount rate of 8% per year in the periods from 1996 to 2008 and from 2005 to 2008, it was also analyzed a planning horizon of 10 years settled the reference year as 2008. It was acquired that, from 1996 to 2008, the tourist visitation in Vagafogo Farm presented an average growth of 6% per year and an annual average number of visitor of 8889. The results showed that the indirect use of the RPPN Vagafogo is economically feasible, and in the period 2005 to 2008 the Adventure Tourism activity had a NPV of US$ 3536.33/ha and a BPE of $ 1067.69/ha.year-1, the sum of the activities of Adventure Tourism + Ecological Trail achieved an NPV of US$ 13,290.58/ha and a BPE of US$ 4012.70/ha.year-1 and to the sum of the activities Adventure Tourism + Ecological Trail + Brunch were obtained an NPV of US$ 14,630.97/ha and a BPE of US$ 4417.40/ha.year-1. Over the 10 years, it was found for the Adventure Tourism + Ecological Trail an NPV of U.S.$ 25,552.50/ha and a BPE from U.S.$ 3808.08/ha.year-1. As a conclusion it can be said that the activities of indirect use of the RPPN Vagafogo are economically feasible and provide more profits than the conventional activities for the region of the Cerrado in Goiás. It was observed that the aggregation of activities for indirect with the direct use provides higher revenues to the Vagafogo Farm.
