Esta tesis aborda el entramado cívico militar que vertebró la represión en la Universidad Nacional del Sur entre 1975 y 1983. Los capítulos que la integran analizan los vínculos existentes entre actores civiles y militares que operaron mancomunadamente en pos de la planificación y puesta en marcha de prácticas represivas que hicieron foco sobre la sociedad bahiense y de un modo preferente en la comunidad universitaria local.
Formaron parte de esa trama tanto los miembros de las Fuerzas Armadas, Fuerzas de Seguridad y grupos paramilitares, como los funcionarios de la Justicia Federal, los propietarios y/o editores del diario La Nueva Provincia y las autoridades universitarias. No se trató de actores que operando de forma aislada contribuyeron al objetivo común de poner fin a la “penetración ideológica” en la UNS por una simple coincidencia de formas de pensar el mundo y la política, sino que las estrategias represivas que pusieron en marcha fueron planificadas, diagramadas y ejecutadas de forma conjunta.
La tesis está organizada en dos partes. La primera (Capítulos I, II y III) se ocupa de analizar las características y prácticas de la trama represiva que operó en Bahía Blanca durante el período 1975-1983. La segunda (capítulos IV y V) hace foco en los apoyos sociales de la represión en la ciudad y en la Universidad Nacional del Sur en particular. Cada uno de los capítulos de la primera y la segunda parte están precedidos de un apartado metodológico/fontanal/historiográfico. / This thesis discussed the civic military frames that structured the repression at the Universidad Nacional del Sur between 1975 and 1983. The chapters that integrate it analyze the existing links between civilian and military actors who worked together to plan and implement repressive practices that focused on Bahía Blanca’s society and in a preferential way in the local university community.
Members of the Armed Forces, Security Forces and paramilitary groups, as well as federal justice officials, the owners and / or editors of the newspaper La Nueva Provincia and the university authorities were part of this frame. They were not actors who operated in isolation contributing to the common goal of ending "ideological penetration" in the Universidad Nacional del Sur by a simple coincidence of ways of thinking the world and politics, but the repressive strategies they launched were planned, diagrammed and executed jointly.
The thesis is organized in two parts. The first one (Chapters I, II and III) deals with analyzing the characteristics and practices of the repressive frame that operated in Bahia Blanca during the period 1975-1983. The second (chapters IV and V) focuses on the social supports of repression in the city and in the Universidad Nacional del Sur in particular. Each of the chapters of the first and second part are preceded by a methodological / fontanal / historiographic section.
