El presente trabajo, consiste en identificar la relación entre el desempeño administrativo, representado en los tiempos empleados para desempeñar las funciones estudiadas, de los centros educativos privados de nivel inicial dentro del distrito de San Borja y el uso de herramientas de automatización de funciones. Estos sistemas atienden necesidades que son traducibles directa e indirectamente en dinero, por lo que se identificaron y seleccionaron dos procesos puntuales para su evaluación.
Para ello, se realizó una investigación con un enfoque cuantitativo. Se diseñó una encuesta, la cual se validó con dos expertos; uno, experto en la elaboración de sistemas de automatización de funciones y otro, experto en operaciones y diseño organizacional y de procesos. Se intentó aplicar dicho instrumento al universo completo. Sin embargo, pese a que no se pudo recoger información del total de nidos del sector indicado, se obtuvo data de una cantidad cercana al universo, por lo que se trabajará con altos niveles de confianza y bajos niveles de error en la definición de la muestra.
Una vez realizadas las pruebas, será posible determinar si existen o no relaciones entre el uso de las herramientas mencionadas y el desempeño administrativo de los nidos. Esta información es de gran utilidad puesto que mostrará, estadísticamente, si es favorable hacer uso de dichos medios o a partir de qué punto en el crecimiento del nido sería recomendable aplicar estos programas. En caso se llegara a verificar estos cuestionamientos, sería posible mostrar a los directores de dichos planteles un medio que les permitiría mejorar la economía del negocio, además de ayudarles a enfocar sus esfuerzos en labores de dirección para el crecimiento de la institución. / The present work consists in identifying the relationship between the administrative performance, represented in the times used to perform the functions studied, of the private educational centers of initial level within the district of San Borja and the use of function automation tools. These systems meet needs that are directly and indirectly translatable into money, so that certain processes were identified and selected for evaluation.
For this, an investigation with a quantitative approach was carried out. A survey was designed, which was validated with two experts; one, expert in the elaboration of systems of automation of functions and another, expert in operations and organizational and process design. An attempt was made to apply this instrument to the entire universe. However, despite the fact that it was not possible to collect information from the total number of elements in the indicated sector, sufficient data was obtained from an amount close to the universe, which is why we will work with high confidence levels and low error levels in the definition of the sample.
Once the tests have been carried out, it will be possible to determine whether or not there are relationships between the use of the tools mentioned and the administrative performance of the educational centers. This information is very useful since it will show, statistically, if it is favorable to use said means or from what point in the growth it would be advisable to apply these programs. If these questions are verified, it would be possible to show the directors of these schools a path that would allow them to improve the business economy, as well as help them focus their efforts on management tasks for the growth of the institution. / Tesis
