A study of methodology in identifying issues at the beginning phase of group therapy with fathers at a child guidance clinic

Thesis (M.S.)--Boston University / This is an exploratory study of fathers who are members
of a psychotherapeutic group which was formed in January,
1961, at the Boston University-Boston City Hospital Child
Guidance Clinic.
The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics
of the fathers in the group and or their families,
and to examine the content and context or the first group
meeting, attempting to explore the initial concerns of
these particular fathers whose children are in individual
therapy at the guidance clinic.
