A Turma Nacional de Uniformização é o órgão máximo do
microssistema dos Juizados Especiais Federais por onde passam milhares de processos envolvendo bilhões de reais, mas que, curiosamente, passa ao largo da doutrina completamente indiferente a sua grandeza teórica e prática. O estudo demonstra a existência de um Tribunal Federal de Alçada criado por Lei Federal, de iniciativa do Superior Tribunal de Justiça cuja atribuição e regulamento estão sendo
formados por práticas jurídicas completamente inovadoras no direito brasileiro. Este trabalho busca responder a questões como: a natureza jurídica do órgão, o seu lastro
constitucional e dos institutos recursais criados, procurando estabelecer a fundamentação teórica a partir do que efetivamente está ocorrendo no mundo prático. O texto está dividido em três capítulos tratando da natureza jurídica, regimentos, incidentes em espécie. O ponto central da dissertação é identificar o lastro constitucional tanto da Turma Nacional de Uniformização como do Pedido de Uniformização dirigido ao Superior Tribunal de Justiça. A aridez doutrinária faz deste trabalho um passo importante para estudar a estrutura da Turma Nacional de Uniformização, com o objetivo final de situar o leitor dentro do órgão estudado / The Turma Nacional de Uniformização is the highest organ of the Special Courts by Federal High where thousands of processes involving billions of Reais, but that, interestingly, passes off the doctrine completely indifferent to his greatness theory and practice. The study demonstrates the existence of a Federal Court Jurisdiction created by Federal law initiative of the Superior Court of Justice whose allocation and regulation are being formed by legal practices in Brazilian law completely innovative. This work seeks to answer questions as to the legal nature of
the organ, its constitutional ballast and recursais institutes created, seeking to establish the theoretical from what actually is occurring in the practical world. The text is divided into three chapters dealing with the legal nature, regiments and incidents in kind. The centerpiece of the dissertation is to identify the the class both Turma Nacional de Uniformização as the application of Standardization to the Superior Court of justice. The doctrinal aridity makes this work an important step to study the structure of the Turma Nacional de Uniformização with ultimate goal of placing the reader inside the
organ studied
