The thesis deals with the evaluation of the performance of the chosen company by using modern indicators, specifically Balanced Scorecard. The work is divided into four parts. The first part defines the objectives, methods and procedures of processing work. The second part contains a theoretical work. The next section provides basic information about selected company and includes a strategic analysis and financial analysis. In the final fourth part I introduce based on the results of analyzes the suggestion for the implementation of the BSC model to improve the performance in the area of strategic management of the company.
