Previous issue date: 2010-10-15 / The aim of this study is the technique on the Winnicott clinic.The author has encountered in her clinic with more and more frequency patients with predominant neurotic description, but having present a psychotic nucleus very often. The Theory about the Emotional Maturation on the human individual and the relationship with environmental factors has been the foundation of her daily labor routine. Other studies, with conflicting perceptions or not, have enriched the clinical view of the author. Considered the extent of the issues to be examined, it was necessary to make choices, and the Spatula Technique Game and the Squiggle Technique Game were the object of a specific analysis. A self-study patient: the psychoanalyst Harry Guntrip was a rich and disturbed personality due to his primitive matters that brought challenging elements to a multifaceted personality analysis. Taking it into account, it was required the broadening of the theoretical issues and analytical vertices in order to understand their issues. It remained for further analysis, the issue of complementarity among studies of various analytical vertices, as a way to enrich the clinic to bring relief to the suffering of human beings seeking other human beings, limited and fallible to help them. In this study, the author "needed" and still needs in her clinic to rely on theoretical vertices that are complementary and that it seemed to her that if she had opted for a theoretical purism, to avoid eclecticism reprehensible, it would instead probably depleted resources for understanding the issues of the "patient" in the study / Este estudo teve por objeto a técnica na clínica de Winnicott. A autora tem encontrado em sua clínica, de forma cada vez mais frequente, pacientes com características predominantes neuróticas, mas com núcleos psicóticos muitas vezes presentes. A Teoria do Amadurecimento Emocional do indivíduo humano e o relacionamento desta com os fatores ambientais tem sido o fundamento de seu labor diário. Outros estudiosos, com percepções conflitantes ou não, têm enriquecido a visão clínica da autora. Considerada a amplitude das questões a serem examinadas, fazer escolhas foi necessário, e a Técnica do Jogo da Espátula e a Técnica do Jogo do Rabisco, foram objeto de uma análise específica. Um paciente estudioso de si mesmo: o psicanalista Harry Guntrip foi a personalidade rica e perturbada por questões primitivas que trouxe elementos desafiantes para uma análise de personalidade multi-facetada. Com isto demandou a ampliação dos temas teóricos e dos vértices analíticos para a compreensão de suas questões. Ficou para análise futura, a questão da complementaridade entre os estudiosos dos diversos vértices analíticos, como forma de enriquecer a clínica para trazer alívio ao sofrimento de seres humanos que procuram outros seres humanos, limitados e falíveis para ajudá-los. Neste trabalho, a autora precisou e continua precisando em sua clínica, recorrer a vértices teóricos que se complementam e lhe pareceu que caso tivesse optado por algum purismo teórico, no intuito de evitar um ecletismo condenável, teria ao invés disto, provavelmente, empobrecido seus recursos para o entendimento das questões do paciente em estudo
