2011_MilenaRodriguesFernandesRego.pdf: 1098648 bytes, checksum: 05d47f02c5c6671d1dc19bf850daaf1d (MD5) / O presente trabalho investigou os significados da formação em linguagem multimídia a partir das perspectivas de um pequeno grupo de jovens de classe popular integrados a uma Organização Não Governamental. Para melhor apreensão dos significados optou-se pela realização de entrevistas que permitissem expressar em narrativas as imbricações da formação em suas vidas. Para contextualização da realidade sociocultural e apreensão da dinâmica das atividades utilizaram-se outras fontes de dados, como pesquisas já realizadas e documentos institucionais. A pesquisa objetivou especificamente descrever, na visão dos jovens, a dinâmica do processo de formação, a avaliação do mesmo, bem como analisar as implicações dessa formação nas vidas desses jovens. A observação analítica das informações obtidas revelou que as aprendizagens dos jovens mais destacadas em suas narrativas dizem respeito a convivência e às ampliações de suas visões de mundo. Pode-se concluir que essa formação contribui na construção das identidades e no fortalecimento da autoestima dos participantes, na medida em que passam a ter um novo olhar sobre si mesmos, sobre os outros e sobre suas comunidades, além de terem o reconhecimento social pelos seus trabalhos. ______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / This study investigates the meanings of language training in multimedia from the perspectives of a small group of a young working class integrated into an NGO. For better understanding of the meanings, we chose to conduct interviews in narratives that allow them to express the intricacies of training in their lives. For the socio-cultural and contextual understanding of the dynamics of the activities, we used other data sources, as previous studies and institutional documents. The research aims at describing the vision of young people, the dynamics of training, evaluation, and analyzing the implications of such training in their lives. The observation of the analytical information obtained revealed that the learning of young people in their most prominent narratives relates to the living and the enlargements of their worldviews. It can be concluded that such training contributes to the construction of identities, in addition to strengthening the self esteem of the participants in that now have a new look about themselves, about others and about their communities, and obtain a social recognition for their work.
