Abstract Frídlová, L. Employee benefits of welding personnel. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2016. The aim of my thesis was to identify satisfaction of welding staff with offered employee benefits. Selected were three international companies. The information was gathered by questionnaire survey which was realized writing. Results of the survey were not very favourable. It was regulation certain rec-ommendations leading to an overall improvement in employee benefits system and to greater motivation of welders to higher job performance. The part of thesis was testing dependence between qualitative characteristics based on the selected hypotheses.
