Problém klesající návštěvnosti areálu společnosti Camping Praha Klánovice / The Problem of Declining Attendance Area of the Camping Praha Klánovice Company

The thesis deals with the loss of customers in the subject of tourism Camping Praha Klánovice. The aim is to analyze the problem and to propose appropriate solutions of this problem, respectively to remove the main causes that cause declining attendance. The basic pillar for understanding the internal and external environment is the detailed strategic analysis, which is then supplemented by methods used to solve problems (Ishikawa diagram, Brainstorming, TOPSIS). The output of the thesis is to suggest solutions that will help again increase the attendance of this subject.
