Previous issue date: 2016-11-29 / Esta pesquisa analisa a evolução espaço temporal do setor de confecções no Agreste Pernambucano, no período de 2006 a 2014. A região do Agreste foi escolhida porque nela estão contidas as cidades de Caruaru, Toritama e Santa Cruz do Capibaribe que são polos de desenvolvimento desse setor. O ano de 2006 foi escolhido por ser o ano que apresentou o último grande impulso para a atividade, além de ter sido o primeiro ano em que a RAIS-MTE disponibilizou os dados com a CNAE 2.0, na divisão 14 (confecção do vestuário e acessórios). O ano de 2014 é justificado porque foi o ano mais recente com dados disponibilizado pela RAIS-MTE. As variáveis estudadas são quantidades relacionadas ao número de estabelecimentos de confecções e ao número e porcentagem de empregos formais. Essas variáveis passaram por uma análise exploratória e em seguida foram empregados indicadores de comportamento econômico e de padrões regionais, e indicadores geoestatísticos globais e locais para identificar se as mesmas apresentam padrões espaciais. A análise exploratória identificou taxas crescimento das variáveis até 2013, seguida de estagnação e decrescimento até 2014. Os indicadores de comportamentos econômicos e de padrão regionais identificaram entorno dos municípios supracitados um aumento do número de municípios especializados nos empregos de confecções pelo quociente locacional, também identificaram no Agreste valores altos no Gini locacional com tendência leve de queda e uma mudança no padrão espacial das distribuições dos percentuais de empregados de confecções moderada no período. Por fim, os indicadores geoestatísticos identificaram padrões espaciais de similaridade, que variaram durante o período, com destaque para o entorno dos municípios supracitados. / This research analyzes the space time evolution of garment sector in Agreste Pernambucano, from 2006 to 2014. The region of the Agreste was chosen because it contains the cities of Caruaru, Toritama and Santa Cruz do Capibaribe that are development’s pole of this sector. The year 2006 was chosen because it was the year that presented the last great impulse for the garment activity, in addition to being the first year in which RAIS-MTE made available the data with CNAE 2.0, in division 14 (garment making and accessories). The year 2014 is justified because it was the most recent year with data Available from RAIS-MTE. The variables studied are quantities related to the number of garment establishments and the number and percentages of formal jobs. These variables were analyzed by an exploratory analysis and then employed indicators of economic behavior and regional patterns, and indicators geostatistical global and local were used to identify if they have spatial patterns. The indicators of economic and regional patterns of behavior identified on the surroundings the municipalities mentioned above, an increase in the number of municipalities specializing in garment jobs by the locational quotient, also identified in the Agreste high values in the locational Gini with a slight downward trend and a change in the spatial pattern of the distributions of the percentage of moderate garment workers in the period. Lastly, geostatistical indicators identified spatial patterns of similarity, which varied during the period, with emphasis on the surroundings of the municipalities mentioned above.
