El siguiente proyecto de investigación se basa en la elaboración y comercialización de los Nutri Nuggets, Nuggets personalizados preparados a base de verduras, legumbres y cereales, los cuales, gracias a sus insumos, aportan una serie de nutrientes y vitaminas que los hacen muy nutritivos y sabrosos. Esta propuesta surge a través de su validación con el público objetivo por medio de estrategias de venta y publicidad. Asimismo, nuestra idea de negocio tiene como objetivo principal poder cubrir la necesidad identificada de no contar con una gran variedad de abastecimiento de productos saludables para incorporar en el estilo de vida de peruanos que buscan mejorar sus hábitos alimenticios, ofreciéndoles una opción rica, nutritiva y saludable.
De igual forma, los Nutri Nuggets, gracias a las estrategias planteadas, muestran ser un modelo de negocio de alta escalabilidad que permitirá ser rentable y atractivo para poder ser llevado a cabo e implementado como emprendimiento formal. / The following research project is based on the making and marketing of Nutri Nuggets, which are personalized nuggets made from vegetables, legumes and cereals, which, thanks to their inputs, provide a series of nutrients and vitamins that make them very nutritious and tasty. This proposal arises through its validation with the target audience through real sales and advertising strategies. Besides, our business idea's main objective is to be able to cover the identified need of not having a great variety of healthy supply products to incorporate into the Peruvians lifestyle, who seek to improve their eating habits, offering them with this product a rich, nutritious and healthy option.
Likewise, Nutri Nuggets, thanks to the strategies proposed through the project, show to be a highly scalable business model that will allow it to be profitable and attractive to be carried out and implemented as a formal undertaking. / Trabajo de investigación
