El proyecto de tesis es un Complejo Turístico a orillas de la laguna de Sauce, en la provincia y región de San Martín que tiene como énfasis, generar una interrelación entre los visitantes y la comunidad a través de espacios construidos con sistemas constructivos sostenibles que incluyen servicios de turismo vivencial con el fin de promover y explotar la identidad del lugar.
El documento consta de doce capítulos en donde se explicará el proceso de investigación para lograr formular el diseño del proyecto final. Se logra un análisis del marco teórico conceptual de un complejo turístico para destacar las principales teorías y ser aplicas al planteamiento arquitectónico. Se rescata además la importancia de los aportes de los diversos proyectos referenciales tanto nacionales como internacionales. Finalmente, se hacer un estudio del usuario y su comportamiento para ser plasmados en un programa arquitectónico dentro de un terreno imponente con características destacables.
El valor de la propuesta se enmarca en promover equipamientos turísticos con instalaciones con sistemas constructivos sostenibles, revalorizando los sistemas tradicionales a través de espacios contemporáneos que permitan a su vez el intercambio cultural entre visitantes y comunidad. / The thesis project is a Tourist Complex on the shores of the Sauce lagoon, in the province and region of San Martín, whose emphasis is to generate an interrelation between visitors and the community through spaces built with sustainable construction systems that include services of experiential tourism in order to promote and exploit the identity of the place.
The document consists of twelve chapters where the research process will be explained in order to formulate the design of the final project. An analysis of the conceptual theoretical framework of a tourist complex is achieved to highlight the main theories and be applied to the architectural approach. The importance of the contributions of the various national and international referential projects is also rescued. Finally, a study of the user and its behavior is done to be embodied in an architectural program within an impressive terrain with remarkable characteristics.
The value of the proposal is part of promoting tourism facilities with spaces with sustainable building systems, revaluing traditional systems through contemporary spaces that allow the cultural exchange between visitors and the community. / Tesis
