Optimalizace dopravníkové techniky pro přepravu karoserií mezi provozem svařovny a lakovny / Optimization of the conveyor technology for transporting bodies between welding and paint shops

The thesis deals with discrete simulation of a intersection between the operation of the bodyshop and paintshop in ŠKODA AUTO s. r. o. in Mladá Boleslav.In this thesis is described conveyor technology used in the area addressed, procedure in the development of a simulation model and tool TriCad, which was used as a support for creation of the simulation model.Simulation model is tested for a achievable throughput by experiments. Results of experiments are providing recommendations.
