El Proyecto Joyería Ilumina una propuesta de negocio innovadora debido a que ofrece un servicio diferente y un producto diferente a los que existe en el mercado de joyería.
El negocio que proponemos, es el diseño personalizado y fabricación de joyas de oro y plata de acuerdo al gusto del cliente. El servicio se brindará mediante la plataforma virtual en al cual el cliente elegirá su joya o realizará su diseño con ayuda de un diseñador de joya que estará a su servicio. Luego se realizará la fabricación de la joya en nuestro taller y posteriormente se le envía a su domicilio del cliente.
Está dirigido a mujeres de 24 a 49 años NSB B Y C, zona 2 (Independencia, Los olivos y San Martín de Porres). El taller se ubicará en el distrito de independencia en el cual se contará con las medidas de seguridad pertinentes.
El análisis económico y financiero definió una inversión total de S/.49348 soles financiados en un 62% por los accionistas y en 38% por un préstamo de una financiera a pagar en los primeros 5 años; así como el presupuesto general que condiciona el punto de equilibrio aproximadamente de 382 joyas.
La evaluación financiera comprobó la viabilidad de la propuesta de negocio con un valor actual neto de S/. 248,705 soles, una tasa interna de retorno de 246% y la recuperación de la inversión en el segundo año. / The Jewelery Project Illuminates an innovative business proposal due to the fact that it offers a different service and a different product to those that exist in the jewelery market.
The business that we propose, is the personalized design and manufacture of gold and silver jewelry according to the client's taste. The service will be provided through the virtual platform in which the client will choose his jewel or design with the help of a jewel designer who will be at your service. Then we will manufacture the jewel in our workshop and then send it to your client's address.
It is aimed at women between 25 and 40 years of age NSB B and C, zone 2 (Independencia, Los Olivos and San Martín de Porres). The workshop will be located in the district of independence in which there will be relevant security measures.
