Analisa-se seus próprios elementos e contradições para a compreensão de sua verdade e de sua necessidade ou merecimento pela tutela do Direito Penal / The research proposes to examine the foundations of the structure of criminal law in the context of crimes against property, through the dialectical method, aimed at reaching a better understanding before the differentiation of criminal relevance of this delitiva demonstration and further clarifying the regarding the efficacy of ends, declared and hidden, that are linked these standards.
