A survey of interest in home economics curriculum at Polk Community College

"The purpose of this study was to determine expressed interest of high school seniors in Polk County in a Home Economics curriculum at Polk Community College. Florida rapidly expanded its post-high school educational programs in the 1950's and 1960's.
