This master´s thesis is concerned with the analysis of customer satisfaction. In the theoretical part it is concerned of the fundamental terms like is marketing research, customer satifaction and Customer Satisfaction Measurement Methods. In practical part it is concerned of questionnaire investigation of Customer Satisfaction and recomendations for its improvement.
