La presente investigación académica se centra en la relación entre la doctrina de empresas
y Derechos Humanos y la política exterior peruana. A partir de un análisis de
compatibilidad entre ambas se busca determinar si efectivamente la promoción y ejecución
de la temática de empresas y Derechos Humanos es coherente con la política exterior del
Perú y contribuye a alcanzar sus objetivos establecidos. Para alcanzar este fin, se aborda
desde un punto de vista tanto teórico como práctico a la política exterior peruana y a la
doctrina de empresas y Derechos Humanos para que, de forma posterior, se contrasten
ambas y se determine si son o no compatibles. / This academic research focuses on the relationship between the doctrine of business and
Human Rights and Peruvian foreign policy. Based on a compatibility analysis between
those two, it is sought to determine whether the promotion and execution of the business
and Human Rights issue is coherent with Peru's foreign policy and contributes to achieving
its established objectives. To achieve this end, Peruvian foreign policy and the doctrine of
business and Human Rights will be approached from both a theoretical and a practical
point of view so that, later, both are contrasted and we can determined whether or not they
are compatible.
