Previous issue date: 2018-05-04 / Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo central elaborar e investigar o desenvolvimento de uma sequência didática com caráter investigativo no ensino Termodinâmica, considerando as potencialidades dessa metodologia para o ensino. O conhecimento disponível oriundo das pesquisas em educação sobre ensino de Física e dos debates educacionais apontam para a necessidade de mudanças na forma tradicional, direta e expositiva com que a Física vem sendo ensinada na sala de aula. Diante da necessidade de atrair a atenção dos alunos, de aumentar o interesse pela Física, faz-se necessário a utilização de metodologias que valorizem cada vez mais a participação do aluno, o seu conhecimento prévio, a sua capacidade de argumentação e a interação entre professores e alunos e entre os próprios alunos, em um ambiente investigativo, num processo em que aprender ciências envolve também a apropriação da linguagem científica e um conhecer sobre a construção do conhecimento científico, adquirido aula a aula. A sequência didática em caráter investigativo (SEI) foi desenvolvida em cinco unidades: Propagação de calor; Medindo trabalho e calor; Transformações gasosas; Primeiro princípio da Termodinâmica e Máquinas térmicas, subdivididas em dezesseis aulas. Foram utilizadas demonstrações investigativas, laboratório aberto, simuladores e vídeo. Cada atividade compunham-se de situações problematizadoras envolvendo reflexões, discussões, ponderações, tomadas de decisões e principalmente a participação ativa dos alunos no processo de aprendizagem. / This research had as main goal elaborate and investigate the development of a didactic sequence that have investigative character in the Thermodynamics’ teaching, considering the potentialities of this methodology for the education. The knowledge available from the surveys about education in the teaching of Physics and in educational debates point to the need of changes in the traditional, straight and expository that Physics has been taught in classrooms. By the need to attract the attention of the students, and to increase the interest in Physics, its necessary to use methodologies that which value more and more the student participation, his previous knowledge, his ability of argumentation and the connection between teacher and student, and between the students themselves, in an investigative environment, into a process which learning science also involves the appropriation of scientific language and a knowledge about the construction of scientific knowledge, acquired from class to class. The didactic sequence in investigative character was develop in five units: Heat propagation; Measuring work and heat; Gaseous transformations; First principle of thermodynamics and thermal machines, subdivided into sixteen classes. Was used investigative demonstrations, outdoor laboratory, simulators and videos. Each activity was made with problems situations involving reflections, discussions, weightings, decision making, and especially the active participation of students in the learning process.
