El presente trabajo permitirá dar a conocer sobre la metodología Top – Down y sus beneficios, la cual se utiliza actualmente en la Construcción de Estaciones para la Línea 2 del Metro de Lima. Planteamos la investigación, considerando la utilización de esta nueva metodología como consecuencia del caos vehicular que presenta el país, lo cual conllevó a la construcción de la Línea 2 del Metro, buscando nuevas tecnologías que causen el menor impacto social, reduciendo el plazo de ejecución y reduciendo el tiempo de restablecimiento de la vía intervenida. La investigación se realizó a través de consultas, recolección de información de diferentes tipos de proyectos sobre esta nueva metodología Top Down, comparando con el proceso constructivo tradicional Bottom Up, considerando diferentes criterios como plazos, costos, TIR, VAN, tiempo de restablecimiento vehicular, seguridad para la construcción de una de las estaciones (E-23 Hermilio Valdizán) evaluando cuál es más favorable. / This work will make known about the Top - Down methodology and its benefits, which is currently used in the Construction of Stations for Line 2 of the Lima Metro. We propose the investigation, considering the use of this new methodology as a consequence of the vehicular chaos that the country presents, which led to the construction of Line 2 of the Metro, looking for new technologies that cause the least social impact, reducing the execution period and reducing the restoration time of the intervened road. The research was carried out through consultations, gathering information on different types of projects on this new Top Down methodology, comparing with the traditional Bottom Up construction process, considering different criteria such as terms, costs, TIR, VAN, vehicle restoration time, security for the construction of one of the stations (E-23 Hermilio Valdizán) evaluating which is more favorable. / Tesis
