Assume agora, papel de destaque nessa transformação cultural, onde é peça fundamental para a existência do homem como gestor de GAIA. Em algumas áreas da pesquisa científica social, sua denominação se confunde com o Direito (Poder), pois significam a mesma coisa. A PROPRIEDADE é razão de registros, onde se encontra "pano de fundo" nas histórias de domínio e glórias e, nas demonstrações de força e crescimento. Como objeto de proteção jurídica, desempenha função de significância - no que diz respeito ao aumento do castigo social aplicados aos transgressores - onde se faz presente às normas jurídicas. Desde que este instituto jurídico entrou em cena, os pensadores e os historiadores - primeiros observadores universo - no rascunho de suas filosofias e histórias, vêm demonstrando que os grupos sociais giram em torno seu próprio. Na busca de ampliação de seus negócios e dominação, sempre fizemos uso de locais que pertenciam ou pertenceram a alguém anteriormente e, que após algumas batalhas passavam de domínio. Nos descobrimentos das terras "além mar", esse domínio se deu de forma diferente, pois teve os dominadores a posse mansa e pacífica dessas terras novas, vivificadas pelos tratados entre os donos do mundo, como se somente isso constituíssem os descobridores em verdadeiros proprietários dessas terras. Esses são exemplos de dominação, que embora já passados alguns anos, continua atual, pois está presente na formação conceitual da posse das Américas. Estes atores da história chegaram e tomaram posse daquilo que não eram deles, mas por conhecerem a evolução dos instrumentos de domínio (armas), dizimaram espécies inteiras que atravessaram em seus caminhos e com elas também desapareceram suas culturas, talvez os primeiros genocídios que se tem noticia. Foi nessa época de descobrimento dos novos continentes, que a idéia de posse do homem sobre o mundo começou. A partir desse modelo construímos nosso ensaio em forma de ensaio teórico científico jurídico, visando ser mais uma contribuição para aqueles que auxiliam na construção do mundo ecologicamente equilibrado e sustentável.
The subject has been causing polemic since its appearance, in the threshold
of the history. It assumes now, prominence paper in that cultural transformation, where it is fundamental piece for the man's existence as manager of GAIA. In some areas of the social scientific research, its denomination gets confused with the Right (Cannot), because they mean the same thing. As object of juridical protection, carries out significance function - in what he/she says respect to the
increase of the social punishment applied the transgressors - where he/she makes himself present the juridical norms. Since this juridical institute entered in scene, the thinkers and the historians - first universe's observer - in the scratch of its philosophies and histories, they come demonstrating that the social groups rotate in their own lathe. In the search of amplification of its business and dominance, we always made use of places that previously belonged to somebody and, that after some battles passed of domain. In the discoveries of the lands " beyond sea ", this domain came in a different way, because they had the rulers the meek and peaceful ownership of those new lands, vivified by the agreements among the owners of the world, as if only that constituted the discoverers in true proprietors of those lands. Those are dominance examples, that although already passed some years, it continues current, because it is present in the conceptual formation of the ownership of America. These
actors of the history arrived and took ownership of what didn't belong to them, but as they knew the evolution of the domain instruments (weapons), they decimated whole species that crossed in their roads and with them their cultures also disappeared, perhaps the first genocides that was informed. It was in the time of new continents discovery that the idea of the man's ownership on the world began. To leave of that model we built our rehearsal in form of juridical scientific theoretical essay, seeking to be a contribution more for those who aid in the construction of the world balanced and maintainable ecological.
