Previous issue date: 2005-11-30 / Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico / This work investigates the question of the body in the record of the real one from the service psychoanalytic of some patients attended in the Outpatient Clinic of Neurology- Headache Disorders of the Complex Hos-pital Santa Casa de Porto Alegre. The theoretical substantiation of this study is psychoanalysis, while theory and technique of inquiry of the un-conscious one. The objective of this study is going to show that the people who had pain, as in the case of patients who suffer from primary chronic headache, the body or part of this it remains in the register of the real. Indeed, I defend the thesis, according to which, pain body is a real body, while there is a impossibility in the inscription of the significant for the Other, because there are a real that if imposes in the life of this people. Pains of the patients are real pains in a body or parts of the body not itself inscribed in the symbolic and imaginary one / Este trabalho investiga a questão do corpo no registro do real a partir do atendimento psicanalítico de alguns pacientes do Ambulatório de Neurologia-Cefaléia do Complexo Hospitalar Santa Casa de Porto Alegre. A fundamentação teórica deste estudo é a psicanálise, enquanto teoria e método de investigação do inconsciente. O objetivo deste estudo é revelar que em sujeitos acometidos de dor, como no caso de pacientes que sofrem de cefaléias primárias, o corpo ou parte deste permanece no registro do real. Desta forma, defendo a tese, segundo a qual, o corpo dolorido é um corpo real, uma vez que há uma impossibilidade de inscrição significante pelo Outro, em função de um real que se impõe na vida dos sujeitos. As dores dos pacientes são dores reais em um corpo não inscrito no registro imaginário e nem no registro simbólico
