The mail goal of this thesis is to compare requirements of ISO 9001 with situation in Altran company and after that to make recommendations for improving. The theoretical part provides information about the term quality, about ISO 9000 Standards Series, incl. the last revision of ISO 9001. The practical part describes the brief characteristics of Altran and contains the comparison with each clause of this standard.
