Socialinės paslaugos šeimoms, auginančioms vaikus, yra viena svarbiausių socialinės apsaugos krypčių, kurią įgyvendina įvairios valstybinės ir nevyriausybinės institucijos. Tokia veikla yra neabejotinai svarbi, siekiant užtikrinti pilnavertišką vaikų gyvenimą dabar ir ateityje. Šeimoms, auginančioms vaikus teikiama materialinė parama, bet mažai skiriama dėmesio socialinėms paslaugoms. Kalbama apie socialinių paslaugų teikimą neįgaliesiems ir pagyvenusiems, seniems žmonėms, tačiau nepakankamai dėmesio skiriama šeimoms auginančioms vaikus.
Tyrimo objektas – socialinių paslaugų, šeimoms auginančioms vaikus mažame mieste poreikio patenkinimas. Tyrimo tikslas – atskleisti šeimų auginančių vaikus mažame mieste socialinių paslaugų poreikio patenkinimą. Tyrimo uždaviniai: aprašyti šeimos struktūrą ir jos atliekamų funkcijų kaitą; apibūdinti socialinių paslaugų poreikį ir jų teikimo principus, šeimoms auginančioms vaikus; nustatyti, kaip tenkinamas socialinių paslaugų poreikis šeimoms, auginančioms vaikus mažame mieste. Tyrimo metodika: mokslinės literatūros ir Lietuvos Respublikos įstatyminės bazės analizė; anketinė apklausa; statistinė duomenų analizė.
Socialinės paslaugos teikiamos atsižvelgiant į kliento poreikius. Socialines paslaugas Lietuvoje reglamentuoja įstatyminė bazė, leidžianti užtikrinti kokybišką socialinių paslaugų teikimą. There is no doubt, that this kind of activity is very important, in order to assure the life of real value for their children now and in the future. Families with children are provided with the material support; however, there is too little attention paid to the social services. It is discussed about the contribution of the social services to disabled and elderly people, while it is being paid too little attention to the families with children.
Object of the research is meeting the needs of social service for families bringing up children in a small town. Purpose of the research is to reveal meeting of the needs of social services for families bringing up children in a small town. Tasks of the research are: to describe a structure of a family and the variation of it’s carried out functions; to define the need of social services and the principles of their work in families with children; to identify how the needs of social services in families bringing up children and living in a small town are met. Methods of the research are: the analysis of the science literature and statutory basis of the Republic of Lithuania; questionnaire; the analysis of the statistical data.
