Orientador: Joelcio Francisco Abbade / Coorientador: Daniela Melaré Vieira Barros / Banca: Marian Lemos Villardi / Banca: Aristides Augusto Palhares Neto / Resumo: Foi avaliada a preferência e satisfação dos estudantes de enfermagem e medicina na utilização de diferentes tecnologias na educação presencial superior, na disciplina IUSC I, em relação ao estilo de aprendizagem dos graduandos envolvidos. Trata-se de um estudo prospectivo, no qual foram analisados os estilos de aprendizagem dos estudantes dos primeiros anos dos cursos de Enfermagem e de Medicina, da Faculdade de Medicina de Botucatu/UNESP, e participaram das atividades da disciplina Interação Universidade-Serviço-Comunidade. Duas atividades da disciplina utilizaram ferramentas de ensino à distância (EaD), sendo uma rede social (Facebook) e um ambiente virtual de aprendizagem (MOODLE). Após essas atividades, os estudantes responderam um questionário sobre a satisfação e preferência em utilizar essas ferramentas. Foram calculadas porcentagens, médias e medianas quando pertinentes para as variáveis estudadas. Para a comparação das médias foi utilizado o teste T de Student e para comparar as proporções foi utilizado o teste de Qui-quadrado ou testes exato de Fisher, quando necessário. Foi considerado nível de significância de 5% (α = 0,05). Para a análise dos dados foi utilizado o programa estatístico SPSS/Windows® (versão 22). Aproximadamente um terço dos estudantes, que participaram do estudo, havia realizado um curso à distância com ferramenta de EaD. Independentemente do curso de graduação (Enfermagem ou Medicina) ou sexo (feminino ou masculino) houve predomínio do estilo de aprendizagem reflexivo entre os estudantes. Não houve diferenças pelo uso das ferramentas de EaD, de acordo com os estilos de aprendizagem, entretanto observamos maior preferência e satisfação pelo uso do Facebook como ferramenta de EaD em relação ao MOODLE, independentemente do estilo de aprendizagem. A intencionalidade... / Abstract: We evaluated the preference and satisfaction of first year of medical student and nurse student when they use two different internet technologies in the discipline of Interaction University-Service-Community I (IUSC I) according to the learning style of undergraduates involved. This is a prospective study, which we analyzed the learning styles of students in the first year of nursing course and medical course, the School of Medicine of Botucatu / UNESP, and they participated in the activities of the discipline of IUSC I. This discipline used two distance learning tools, social network (Facebook) and virtual learning environment (Moodle), in two different activities. The students answered a questionnaire about their satisfaction and preference when they used these tools. We calculated the percentages, means and medians when it was appropriated in the research. We used the Student t test, the Chi-square test or Fisher exact test when it was necessary. It was considered a significance level of 5% (α = 0.05). We used the statistical program SPSS / Windows (version 22) to analyze the data. Approximately one third of students, who participated in the study, had done a course at a distance with distance learning tool. The reflective learning style predominated among students regardless of the undergraduate course (Nursing and Medical) or gender (male or female). There were no differences for the use of distance learning tools, according to the learning styles; however we observed that the student preferred and had more satisfaction when they used the Facebook as distance learning tool, regardless of the learning style.
