The purpose of this study was to conduct a technological, economic, and political feasibility analysis of an Office Information Network for the Venezuelan Ministry of Education. Systems analysis concepts and techniques were used throughout the study for the conceptualization of the system, and the design and evaluation of the prototype model. / The evaluation procedure involved the selection of a panel of Venezuelan experts and the use of Delphi cross-impact techniques to analyze the problem, and achieve consensus on the subject examined.
