The goal of my thesis was to specify determinants corporate culture on the farm and determine its role in human resource management. Using the questionnaire survey, administered interviews, observation and comparative methods to analyze the business environment and provide the basis of the results and propose appropriate measures to improve the business environment, which should help to increase customer satisfaction and efficiency at the same time, employees in the company.
