Orientador: Harryson Júnio Lessa Gonçalves / Banca: Deise Aparecida Paralta / Banca: Ana Clédina Rodrigues Gomes / Resumo: A presente dissertação constitui-se a partir do seguinte problema de pesquisa: Como os consensos e os dissensos do princípio de flexibilidade curricular configuram os currículos da Educação Profissional Técnica de Nível Médio (EPTNM)? A pesquisa tem por objetivo discutir o princípio de flexibilidade no contexto dos currículos da EPTNM, considerando aspectos teóricos e metodológicos, vislumbrando reconhecer possibilidades para elaboração dos currículos moldados. Trata-se de investigação qualitativa em educação com as seguintes ações: revisão bibliográfica em duas bases de dados nacionais - Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações e Scientific Electronic Library Online, análises documentais dos currículos prescritos - LDB de 1996; Parecer CNE/CEB n.º 11/2012; Resolução CNE/CEB n.º 6/2012 - e os currículos moldados de uma escola técnica estadual paulista - Plano Plurianual de Gestão e Projeto Político Pedagógico (2016-2020) e Plano do curso Técnico em Informática para a Internet Integrado ao Ensino Médio. Constata-se que nos currículos prescritos e moldados existe uma prescrição de flexibilidade curricular que fragmenta a formação e possibilita a especialização a partir das demandas do mercado de trabalho. Portanto, no projeto educacional para a classe trabalhadora, a ênfase do discurso de flexibilidade curricular não deve prescindir a defesa de uma formação integral, a partir da qual será possível superar a dualidade estrutural em currículos de cursos propalados como integrad... (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The present dissertation is based on the following research problem: How do the consensuses and dissent from the principle of curricular flexibility configure the curricula of the Professional and Technical Education at the Secondary Level (PTESL)? The aim of the research is to discuss the principle of flexibility in the context of PTESL curricula, based on theoretical and methodological aspects, with a view to recognizing possibilities for the elaboration of molded curricula. This is qualitative research in education with the following actions: bibliographic review in two national databases - Digital Thesis and Dissertation Library and Scientific Electronic Library Online - documentary analyzes of the prescribed curricula - LDB of 1996; CNE/CEB Opinion n.º. 11/2012; Resolution CNE/CEB n.º 6/2012 - and the molded curricula of a state technical school in São Paulo - Multiyear Plan of Management and Political Pedagogical Project (2016-2020) and Plan of the Technical Course in Informatics for Internet Integrated to High School. It is observed that in the prescribed curricula there is a prescription of curricular flexibility that fragments the training and makes possible the specialization from the demands of the job market.
