In a study of total 190 nos. of users of the Vertical Transportation System towards the Management Measures, Perceived Waiting Time and Customer Satisfaction. The users have positive respond towards the management measures, and further to the Perceived Waiting Time. But unlike previous study “waiting time” the result shows the negative relation between the Perceived Waiting Time and Customer Satisfaction in the case of ICC is limited.
