can?nica da elipse, a qual s? vale quando a elipse tem algumas caracter?sticas particulares, por?m,
tamb?m ? mostrado que atrav?s de uma mudan?a no sistema de coordenadas, qualquer elipse
apresentar? tais caracter?sticas e poder? ser representada pela equa??o can?nica, a qual ? bem
mais f?cil de manipular. / This work deals with the ellipse and has as main objective to get to your graphic sketch without
the use of concepts and results of the Differential and Integral Calculus, which enables their understanding
by high school students. For this, the deduction of the canonical equation of the ellipse
is presented, which is only valid when the ellipse has some particular characteristics, however,
it is also shown that through a change in the coordinate system, any ellipse will present such
characteristics andmay be represented by the canonical equation, which is much easier to handle.
