“Pack de mermeladas de hongos” es nuestro proyecto de investigación cuyo
propósito es resolver las problemáticas identificadas en la EcoFeria de la Molina
mediante el desarrollo de empaques eco amigables pues los que se tienen ahora
carecen de propiedades adecuadas para los productos de cada feriante. Los
propósitos a tener en cuenta son tener un branding sustentable, mantener el
producto protegido, fresco y con un empaque de tamaño perfecto, estas
cualidades ayudan a mejorar el desarrollo de los productos de los
emprendedores. El objetivo general es desarrollar un empaque con materiales
eco amigables, deberá ser de fácil transporte, ergonómicos, funcional y brindar
una adecuada experiencia de compra de los productos en la Ecoferia y el
específico es solucionar la problemática de Cristina, una madre de familia quien
lleva muchas bolsas en ambos brazos y debido a esto no puede llevar de la mano
a su hijo. Para realizar la investigación se seguirá la metodología de diseño del
“Doble Diamante” que está dividido en fases: investigar, síntesis, ideación e
implementación. Esta metodología representa el doble pensamiento divergente y
convergente donde pasamos de analizar el contexto hasta poder llegar a la
solución del problema. Siguiendo este procedimiento se empezó con la
observación del espacio a estudiar para tener una mejor comprensión, una
entrevista breve a la marca, algunas entrevistas a clientes, fotografías para aplicar
el “¿Qué, cómo y por qué?”, para después empezar a plantear una lluvia de idea
para resolver la pregunta y comenzar a hacer bocetos iniciales, prototipado y el
testeo hasta llegar a un prototipo final que cumpla con el objetivo propuesto. Para
la validación final del prototipo con el usuario y el cliente se obtuvo una respuesta
positiva ya que fue posible solucionar la problemática planteada y crear una
gráfica que acompañe a logotipo. Concluimos que al percibir las necesidades
prioritarias a resolver de los feriantes y los consumidores logramos crear un
sustituto adecuado para el producto de mermeladas Tantay ya que antes se
usaban las bolsas de papel. Logramos adecuar un cartón micro corrugado de
forma que se vuelva estable para productos jumbo, pesados o en packs, esta
versatilidad ayudó a lograr solucionar el problema específico de personas como
Cristina, al productor de Tantay y a los demás consumidores. / "Pack of mushroom jams" is our research project whose purpose is to solve the
problems identified in the “EcoFeria de la Molina” by developing eco-friendly
packaging because those that have now don’t fit properly for the product of each
trader. The purposes to take into account are to have a sustainable branding, keep
the product protected, fresh and with a perfect size packaging. These qualities
help to improve the development of the products of the entrepreneurs.The general
objective is to develop a packaging with eco-friendly materials, be easy to
transport, ergonomic, functional and provide an adequate experience of buying
products at the Ecological Fair and the specific one is to solve the problem of
Cristina, a mother who carries many bags in both arms and because of this he
cannot hold his son's hand. To carry out the research, we use the "Double
Diamond" design methodology which is divided into phases: research, synthesis,
ideation and implementation. This methodology represents the double divergent
and convergent thinking where we go from analyzing the context until we can
solve the problem. Following this procedure we have begin with the observation of
the space to have a better understanding, a brief interview with the owner of the
brand, some interviews with clients, photographs to apply the "What, how and
why?”, Then we begin to a brainstorm to solve the question and start making initial
sketches, prototyping and testing until reaching a final prototyping that meets the
proposed objective. For the final validation of the prototype with the user and the
client we obtain a positive response that make it possible to solve the problem and
create a graphic that could join the logo. We conclude that by perceiving the
priority needs to be solved by the traders and consumers, we managed to create a
suitable substitute for the Tantay jam product, since paper bags were used before.
We managed to adapt a micro corrugated cardboard so that it will become stable
for jumbo products, heavy or in packages, this versatility will help to achieve the
specific problem of people like Cristina, the producer of Tantay and the other
consumers.
