Řízení pracovního výkonu a hodnocení zaměstnanců / Performance management and employees´ evaluation

The graduation thesis deals with inquiry into internal environment of the organization, processes and activities which influence motivation and labor performance. It focuses mainly on organizational standard, work organization and managerial style, structure, remuneration, employees' evaluation and development of work competences. Based on analysis of findings and facts the thesis indicates reasons which should be instigation for implementation of changes in human resources activities. In conclusion it presents suggestions for changes of employees evaluation system and implementation of labor performance management system which will support overall productivity of the organization.
