Verschiedene NOS unterformen wirken sich unterschiedlich auf die endotheliale Funktion bzw dysfunktion aus. in der vorliegenden Arbeit wurde die Endothelfunktion anhand isolierter Ringe von mausaorta untersucht; im organbad / different nos subgroups result in diffrent endothelial dysfunction. it is shown in terms of different isolated rings of micesaorta
