CoordenaÃÃo de AperfeiÃoamento de NÃvel Superior / Objetivou-se validar a tecnologia assistiva DST â para prevenir à preciso conhecer para pessoas com deficiÃncia visual. Trata-se de estudo de desenvolvimento metodolÃgico. O referencial metodolÃgico adotado foi o modelo de construÃÃo de instrumentos psicolÃgicos de Pasquali (2010). A TA à um texto rimado gravado em Ãudio no formato mp3 composto por 52 versos com duraÃÃo em torno de 15 minutos. Coleta de dados realizada em duas cidades da RegiÃo Nordeste, Fortaleza e Recife, em cinco associaÃÃes de cegos, mediante autorizaÃÃo das instituiÃÃes, entre os meses de dezembro de 2014 e setembro de 2015. Inicialmente, foi realizado o teste piloto, do qual participaram 15 sujeitos. A amostra foi de 180 mulheres e homens com deficiÃncia visual de idade mÃnima de 18 anos e sem deficiÃncia intelectual e auditiva associada. Procedeu-se à validaÃÃo da TA pela aplicaÃÃo da medida de RazÃo de Chances (RC) e seus IC de 95%, testes estatÃsticos binomial, Qui-Quadrado e razÃo de verossimilhanÃa. Adotou-se p <0,05 para anÃlises estatisticamente significantes. Por fim, realizou-se a regravaÃÃo da versÃo final da TA. Os aspectos Ãticos foram respeitados com aprovaÃÃo do Comità de Ãtica em Pesquisa. A maioria dos sujeitos apresentou cegueira (58,9%), era do sexo masculino (52,2%), estudou atà o ensino mÃdio completo (74,5%), residia em Fortaleza (58,9%) e possuia renda de atà dois salÃrios mÃnimos (64,4%). Quanto Ãs caracterÃsticas sexuais, a maior parte iniciou atividade sexual (83,3%), nÃo apresentou alteraÃÃo na genitÃlia (61,6%) e nÃo recebeu preservativo gratuitamente dos serviÃos de saÃde (73,9%). Os domÃnios analisados foram objetivos, acesso, clareza, estrutura e apresentaÃÃo, relevÃncia e eficÃcia, e interatividade. Os itens de cada domÃnio cujas avaliaÃÃes dos sujeitos nÃo fossem adequada em 95% ou mais foram analisados para correÃÃo na TA. As principais alteraÃÃes realizadas na tecnologia foram: regravaÃÃo com leitura compassada e mÃsica de fundo mais baixa; divisÃo do Ãudio em faixas, separadas por cada doenÃa; citar os dois tipos de preservativo e a questÃo da gratuidade; tabus que envolvem o contexto da pessoa com HIV e sua transmissÃo vertical. O processo de validaÃÃo da tecnologia concluiu o percurso metodolÃgico, e ela està validada. A TA apresenta coerÃncia com os objetivos a que se propÃe; respeita a acessibilidade de pessoas com deficiÃncia visual; proporciona a compreensÃo da informaÃÃo atravÃs de linguagem clara; possui estratÃgia de apresentaÃÃo atrativa e coerente; e à capaz de desenvolver autonomia. As limitaÃÃes corresponderam à dificuldade de acesso aos sujeitos. Assim, a ampla divulgaÃÃo da TA ora validada se apresenta como perspectiva futura. / The objective was to validate the assistive technology DST â para prevenir à preciso conhecer to visually impaired persons. This is a study of methodological development. The adopted theoretical framework was the model of construction of psychological instruments by Pasquali (2010). AT is a rhyming text recorded in mp3 audio format composed of 52 verses lasting around 15 minutes. Data collection took place in two capitals of two states in the Northeast region, Cearà and Pernambuco, in five associations for blind persons, through the authorization of the institutions, between the months of December 2014 and September 2015. Firstly, the pilot test was performed, which was attended by 15 subjects. Sample was made up by 180 visually impaired women and men with minimum age of 18 years and without any associated intellectual and hearing impairment. It was carried further with the validation of AT by applying measure Odds Ratios (OR) and their 95% CI, binomial statistical tests, Chi-Square and likelihood ratio. For statistically significant analyses, p <0,05 was adopted. Lastly, the re-recording of the final version of AT was performed. The ethical aspects were respected with the approval of the Research Ethics Committee. Most subjects had blindness (58,9%), are male (52,2%), studied until finishing the high school level (74,5%), live in Fortaleza (58,9%) and have income of up to two minimum wages (64,4%). Regarding the sexual characteristics, most have active sexual life (83,3%), did not reveal change in genitalia (61,6%) and did not receive condoms from health services for free (73,9%). The domains were analyzed objectives, access, clarity, structure and presentation, relevance and effectiveness, and interactivity. The items in each domain whose evaluations of the subjects were were not adequate in 95% or more analyzed for correction in the TA. The main changes made were: re-recording with paced reading and lower background music; division of audio into tracks, separated by each disease; to cite the two types of condoms and the issue of gratuity; taboos that involve the context of the person with HIV and its vertical transmission. The process of validating the technology has completed the methodological journey, and it is validated. AT is consistent with the objectives that it proposes to reach; complies with the accessibility of visually impaired persons; provides an understanding of the information through clear language; has attractive and coherent presentation strategy; and is capable of developing autonomy. The limitations have corresponded to the difficulty in accessing the subjects. Thus, the broad dissemination of this validated AT is unveiled as a future perspective.
