CoordenaÃÃo de AperfeÃoamento de Pessoal de NÃvel Superior / A adolescÃncia à uma fase de transiÃÃo na vida. A sexualidade e a identidade sexual sÃo aspectos de destaque, logo esse momento à cercado de curiosidades e dÃvidas que poderÃo levar o adolescente à adoÃÃo de comportamentos de riscos e se infectar por DST/HIV/aids. à necessÃrio que os profissionais que atuam com esse pÃblico desenvolvam intervenÃÃes inovadoras que elevem a confianÃa desses adolescentes para a adoÃÃo de comportamentos saudÃveis. Diante disso, objetivou-se desenvolver e validar um vÃdeo educativo com informaÃÃes voltadas à prevenÃÃo de DST/HIV/aids para adolescentes em situaÃÃo de rua. Trata-se de estudo metodolÃgico e de desenvolvimento no qual se elaborou um vÃdeo educativo. A pesquisa seguiu as seguintes etapas: prÃ-produÃÃo (sinopse, argumento, roteiro, storyboard), produÃÃo e pÃs-produÃÃo. O roteiro do vÃdeo foi validado por trÃs juÃzes, profissionais da enfermagem e especialistas na Ãrea de prevenÃÃo de DST/HIV/aids; e por cinco juÃzes tÃcnicos especialistas na Ãrea de comunicaÃÃo e mÃdias educativas. O vÃdeo prÃ-editado foi validado por meio de trÃs grupos focais com a participaÃÃo de 10 adolescentes com histÃria de vida pregressa de rua e que se encontravam em situaÃÃo de acolhimento. As informaÃÃes provenientes da etapa de validaÃÃo do vÃdeo com os adolescentes foram submetidas à tÃcnica do discurso do sujeito coletivo e analisadas em um contexto qualitativo. Este estudo foi aprovado pelo Comità de Ãtica em Pesquisa da Universidade Federal do CearÃ. Os juÃzes que validaram o roteiro quanto aos aspectos tÃcnicos e de conteÃdo solicitaram modificaÃÃes no nÃmero de cenas da apresentadora; substituiÃÃo de termos tÃcnicos por linguagem mais acessÃvel ao pÃblico-alvo; e promoÃÃo de mais interaÃÃo entre os personagens, alÃm da inserÃÃo de recursos e imagens computadorizados para possibilitar maior interatividade ao vÃdeo. Verificou-se que o vÃdeo ajudou os adolescentes na aquisiÃÃo de conhecimentos sobre a prevenÃÃo das DST/HIV/aids, porque a temÃtica abordada nas cenas foi de fÃcil compreensÃo, o que contribuiu para aumentar o interesse e a atenÃÃo dos adolescentes. Os participantes demonstraram satisfaÃÃo quanto à mensagem apresentada no vÃdeo, pois as vivÃncias retratadas nas cenas foram imediatamente relacionadas Ãs suas prÃticas sexuais. Isso demonstrou que o recurso educativo produzido estimula o pensamento crÃtico do adolescente quanto à importÃncia da adoÃÃo de comportamentos saudÃveis e contribui para a prevenÃÃo das DST/HIV/aids. Concluiu-se que o vÃdeo educativo âAdolescentes em situaÃÃo de rua: conhecimento, vulnerabilidade e prevenÃÃo das DST/HIV/aidsâ estimula e desenvolve nos adolescentes competÃncias e habilidades necessÃrias para que estes possam atuar efetivamente na melhoria de suas prÃticas sexuais, diminuindo os riscos de se infectar por uma DST/HIV/aids. Por fim, recomenda-se a implementaÃÃo de estratÃgias educativas periÃdicas utilizando o vÃdeo com o objetivo de motivar os adolescentes a adotar medidas de proteÃÃo Ãs DST/HIV/aids. / Adolescence is a transitional stage in life, particularly regarding sexuality and sexual identity; thus, this moment is filled with curiosities and questions that put the adolescent face to face to the adoption of risk behaviors, which may increase the chances of becoming infected with STD/HIV/AIDS. Therefore, it is important that professionals working with these public develop innovative interventions that increase their confidence to the adoption of healthy behaviors. For this reason, this research aimed to develop and validate an educational video with information on the prevention of STD/HIV/AIDS among adolescents in street situation. A methodological and development study that produced an educational video. The research adopted the following steps: pre-production (synopsis, argument, script, and storyboard), production and post-production. Three judges, nursing professionals and experts in the STD/HIV/AIDS prevention area, and five judges, technical experts in the area of communication and educational media, validated the video script. Three focus groups involving 10 adolescents with previous life history of street situation and who were in residential care validated the pre-edited video. The information from the step of video validation with adolescents were submitted to the Discourse of the Collective Subject technique and analyzed in a qualitative context. We highlight that the Research Ethics Committee of the Universidade Federal do Cearà approved this study. The judges who validated the script on the technical and content aspects requested changes in the number of scenes of the presenter; replacement of technical terms by more accessible language to the target audience; promote greater interaction among the characters and insert features and computerized images to enable greater interactivity to the video. We verified that the video helped adolescents in constructing a better understanding on the STD/HIV/AIDS prevention, because the issue addressed in the scenes was clear and easy to understand, thus increasing the interest of adolescents and keeping them attentive. The participants showed satisfaction with the message presented in the video, in which the experiences portrayed in the scenes were immediately related to their sexual practices, demonstrating that the educational feature produced encourages critical thinking of adolescents as regards the importance of adopting healthier behaviors, hence contributing to the STD/HIV/AIDS prevention. We conclude that the educational video âAdolescents in street situation: knowledge, vulnerability, and STD/HIV/AIDS preventionâ encourages and develops necessary skills and abilities in adolescents, so they can act effectively in improving their sexual practices, reducing the chances of becoming infected with STD/HIV/AIDS. Finally, we recommend the implementation of periodic educational strategies using the video in order to motivate adolescents to adopt protective measures against STD/HIV/AIDS.
