El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar los requerimientos necesarios para diseñar el proyecto de un Centro de Terapia para pacientes con Alzheimer en el distrito de La Molina ; el cual preserve al máximo la calidad de vida del paciente, tomando en cuenta diferentes aspectos. Entre ellos, la buena orientación, regular el contacto social con los espacios íntimos del paciente y un buen diseño de los ambientes. Así mismo, se tomó como énfasis la arquitectura sensorial y terapéutica, la cual busca crear espacios de calidad en base a la experiencia sensorial del usuario. Por otro lado, se realizó un análisis del lugar en el que se ubicará el proyecto y se investigó a detalle sobre el usuario, programa y la normativa referente a los espacios dedicados al sector salud. / The present study aims to analyze the requirements necessary to design the project of a Therapy Center for Alzheimer patients in the district of La Molina; which preserve to the maximum the quality of life of the patient, taking into account different aspects. Among them, the good orientation, regulate the social contact with the intimate spaces of the patient and a good design of the environments. Likewise, the sensory and therapeutic architecture was taken as an emphasis, which seeks to create quality spaces based on the sensory experience of the user. On the other hand, an analysis was made of the place where the project will be located and a detailed investigation was made of the user, program and regulations regarding spaces dedicated to the health sector. / Tesis
