Previous issue date: 2009 / Search affirmative action for black people in technical and technological education, that was the leitmotif of this work. Guided me in the Law of the Guidelines of National Education Bases / LDBN, especially Articles 26, 26A and 79B, which deal with the history and culture african-Brazilian and African peoples in the curricula of basic education. The specificity of the research is done when I dare to enter technical and technological education and the demands of the world of work to identify the inclusion of black people in Seara. Delivery of a case study in the Federal Center of Technological Education of Ceará for the purpose of identifying the implementation of the aforementioned articles of the LDB in center of education, and more in the event of such policies, which determine the impact of the same that center. That was received during a school year for students, teachers and administrators looking, talking, interviewing, analyzing, questioning, investigating. In this tour through the history of Brazil in which they work, and were built, they are invisible, invisibilizados and also those who never worked and are not built to view the history of bacharéis found the women and men selling quitutes to help build this nation. I saw the Eurocentric theories guided the education of that I never stepped in there and never received anything. The result shows that the public policies of affirmative action as desired by the black people of this country is still far from the reality of school. / Pesquisar as políticas de ações afirmativas para a população negra na educação técnica e tecnológica foi esse o fio condutor deste trabalho. Pautei-me na Lei de Diretrizes a Bases da Educação Nacional/LDBN, especialmente os artigos 26, 26A e 79B, que tratam da história e cultura afro-brasileira e dos povos africanos nos currículos da educação básica. A especificidade da pesquisa se dá quando ouso penetrar a educação técnica e tecnológica e as demandas do mundo do trabalho a fim de identificar a inserção da população negra nessa seara. Parto de um estudo de caso no Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica do Ceará com o propósito de identificar a implementação dos já mencionados artigos da LDB naquele centro de educação, e mais, no caso de haver políticas dessa natureza, verificar qual o impacto das mesmas no referido centro. Naquela escola fui recebida durante um ano por discentes, docentes e gestores observando, dialogando, entrevistando, analisando, questionando, investigando. Nesse passeio pela historia do Brasil dos que trabalham, constroem e foram, são invisíveis, invisibilizados e, também dos que nunca trabalharam nem construíram e estão às vistas da história encontrei de bacharéis a mulheres e homens vendendo quitutes para ajudar a construir esta nação. Vi as teorias eurocêntricas nortearem a educação dos que lá nunca pisou e de lá nunca receberam nada. O resultado mostra que as políticas públicas de ações afirmativas tão almejadas pelo povo negro deste país ainda está distante da realidade daquela escola.
