La siguiente investigación se centra en el déficit de viviendas y espacios públicos que se encuentra repartido en distintos distritos de la ciudad, enfocándose en el distrito de San Martin de Porres por ser unos de los más grandes.
Se hace un estudio de la tipología de arquitectura: vivienda, enfocada en la vivienda social, y los elementos necesarios para que los residentes y visitantes puedan habitar y disfrutar de los espacios que esta pueda brindar.
En el proceso, se comparan distintos tipos de viviendas y estrategias, como también normativas, nacionales e internacionales. Asimismo, se analizaron diversos módulos de vivienda que suplen las necesidades básicas del usuario.
Finalmente, el resultado de estos estudios se aplica en el proyecto de tesis dando como resultado un conjunto habitacional de interés social en el distrito de San Martin de Porres en la ciudad de Lima.
Este, tiene como primer enfoque el uso mixto, un zócalo comercial y torres de vivienda. El proyecto, responden a la necesidad de animación en la zona y déficit de viviendas, antes mencionado. El segundo enfoque del proyecto es a nivel de espacios de encuentro que brindan a los residentes áreas de ocio y de uso común, que complementan actividades diarias y de relaciones personales, proyectando espacios flexibles, versátiles en las diversas escalas del proyecto tanto en las áreas comunes, sociales y privadas.
Como resultado, se logra un proyecto que revalora el espacio urbano en el que se emplaza y brinda calidad de vida a sus residentes. / The following researh focuses on the déficit of housing and public spaces that are distributed in different districts of the city, focusing on the district of San Martin de Porres for being one of the biggest.
A study is made of the typology of architecture: housing, focused on social housing, and the elements necessary for residents and visitors to inhabit and enjoy the spaces that it can provide.
In the process, different types of housing and strategies are compared, like national and international regulations. Likewise, various housing modules that meet the basic needs of the user were analyzed.
Finally, the result of these studies is applied in the thesis Project resulting in a housing complex of social interest in the district of San Martin de Porres in the city of Lima.
This, has as first approach the mixed use, a commercial base and housing towers. The Project, responds to the need for animation in the area and housing deficit, mentioned above. The second focus of the Project is at the level of meeting spaces that provide residents with leisure and common use areas, which complement daily activities and personal relationships, projecting flexible, versatile spaces in the various scales of the Project both in the common, social and private areas.
As a result, a Project is achieved that revalues the urban space in which it is located and provides quality of life to its residents. / Tesis
