Previous issue date: 1981 / Resumo: Este trabalhe descreve a estrutura de poder estabelecida entre 196 4-19 80 no Brasil, com dos taque para a estruturação das classes sociais e do Estado Nacional Brasileiro. A partir dos elementos teóricos sobre classes sociais, hegemonia, Estada a acumulação, é realizada c.i analise histórica do período e a gênese da configuração do poder resultante. Descreve a estrutura de classes segundo sua inserção na estrutura de poder. Destaca no conjunto das classes dominantes aquelas que exercem, em bloco, a hegemonia. Analisa a conformação do Estado Burocratice-Autoritário, seus elementos dirigentes e os processos decisórios adotados. Caracteriza as tarefas governamentais, as produtivas e as financeiras do Estado, em suas conexões internas, e a autonomia relativa do Estado para com as classes sociais. Descreve as linhas, básicas da ideologia do desenvolvimento o da política econômica adotadas, e ainda realiza a identificação da privatização do Estado / Abstract: This dissertation describes the power structure in Brazil between 196 4 and 19 80 emphasizing the structure of both the Brazilian National State and social classes. From the theoretical elements about social classes, hegemony, State and accumulation, it is produced a historical analysis of the period and a conformation of the resulting power structure. It describes the class structure according to its insertion in the power structure It also accentuates from the whole set of dominant classes, those which, in the lump, perform the hegemony. It analyses the shape of the Bureocratic ¿ Authoritarian State its leading trig e lenionts and the decision processes which we re adopted. It characterizes the government, productive and financial tasks of the State, in what refers to their internal connections, and the relative autonomy of the State from social classes. It describes the basic lines of the ideologies of the development process and economic policy which were put into practice, - identifying, finally, the State as a private enterpreneur, and the private appreciation of State's benefits / Mestrado / Mestre em Economia
